Store your templates and generate documents using our Cloud service for a small Monthly Fee.

Our Cloud plans are based on the number of Pages you generate per Month and includes access to Support.

No overage charges.  If you exceed your quota your service will keep working with no hard limits and no "bill shock".  Please see pricing FAQ below for more details.

Our plans are billed monthly in advance with no overage charges.  Each customer is also entitled to one free DEV/TEST account.

Common Pricing Questions

What is meant by: Pages per Month?

Pages per Month is a count of the total number of pages in the finished documents that were successfully created during one calendar month.

Your Pages per Month quota is not a hard-limit. If your Pages per Month usage is greater than your quota, you will still be able to use your account to generate documents. See below for how quota overruns are handled.


You have one template which has 4 pages.

When you merge data with the template – the finished document expands to 8 pages.  These 8 pages count towards your monthly usage.

If you render this template 5,000 times in one month, then your Pages per Month usage would be:

   5,000 x 8 = 40,000 Pages per Month

What happens if I go over my Pages per Month quota?

If you exceed your quota you will still receive continuity of service.

We know that in a production environment usage levels change. In the event that you are over quota for two consecutive months, then you will be notified at the end of the second month, and the third month you will be moved to the appropriate plan.

Continued quota overruns and continuity of service are covered by the Fair Use Policy in our Licence Agreement.

What happens if I don't use all of my pages quota in one month?

Your Pages per Month quota is the capacity you have reserved and will be available for you to generate documents.

If you do not use the full capacity available to you the unused pages from your Pages per Month quota do not carry over to next month.

What happens when I change plans?

Your Pages per Month quota changes immediately. You will be billed at the new rate at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I cancel my plan?

You can cancel anytime during a month, at which point your Pages per Month quota will be set to zero. You will still be able to login to your cloud account to access your templates for a further 30 days. Please be aware that we charge monthly in advance.

What if the service is not available for some time during a month?

You can view the current status of the Cloud service here: Status. You should subscribe for notifications of change in service level from that page.

We aim for a Monthly Uptime Percentage (MUP) of greater than 99.9% on the "render" service.

If you expect your usage to change over time, you should start on the lowest plan that you expect will cover your maximum usage.

If after a few months your usage is higher than expected, we will contact you to discuss moving to the correct plan.
