As part of a customer implementation we encountered an obscure image fetching problem when integrating Docmosis Cloud with a Google AppSheet application. The Docmosis support staff were able to figure out a solution which required a change to the Docmosis PDF generation API. They managed to test and deploy this change to production in a very short space of time before our scheduled customer demo.

This is one of the very best examples of a software company’s support team going above and beyond that I’ve seen in over 20 plus years in the software industry.

Over the past seven years of using Docmosis, our team has become huge fans of the product. For those customers that need a powerful document generation engine, we recommend integrating Docmosis into their applications.

We really like that templates can be setup in Microsoft Word by business people that are not software programmers, without any compromises on the look of the end documents.
